By accessing or using the A Better Dai Learning Center website, enrolling in our programs, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
A Better Dai Learning Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides academic support, life skills programs, and community engagement activities for children in grades 3–8. Specific services, schedules, and offerings may be updated or changed without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
Programs are available to parents, guardians, and teachers enrolling children within the specified grade range. Donations are accepted from individuals 18 years or older or organizations with legal authority to contribute.
4. Program Enrollment
Enrollment is subject to space availability.
Parents/guardians must complete all required forms and provide accurate information.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke enrollment if behavior or actions compromise the safety, well-being, or integrity of our programs.
5. Payment & Donations
All fees and donations are due as stated at the time of payment.
Donations are non-refundable.
Enrollment fees may be refundable only as outlined in our program policies.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and program materials, is the property of A Better Dai Learning Center unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants, parents, and visitors agree to act respectfully towards staff, students, and property. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide safe, effective programs; however, A Better Dai is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
